The assignment is to complete a candidate response form (interview guide) of approximately 10 interview questions for a middle school language arts teacher.
- You must also develop the target answers for your interview questions and develop a ranking scale/process. (In a real interview process, you should work collaboratively with the interview team on these tasks)
- You will develop a document (Interview Guide) similar to item 2.4.
- You are free to format the interview guide template as you see fit.
You are allowed to exceed the 500 word limit for this submission.
In your submission, you must demonstrate that you are applying the concepts from 2.1 through 2.8.
